1)Venue scouting the places, checking environment and cleanliness, choosing the right place.
i visited MANY CAFE and many of them disappoint me. honestly I've budget RM1000 for this birthday party.it turns out ok. spend about RM850 later I'll attach a simplified budget sheet
I've approached more than 4 dog cafe for my girl birthday party . Out of 2 cafe I almost wanna book but got alot problem
Cafe 1 :NGONG DOG DOG
Cafe 1 :NGONG DOG DOG - closing down. Change owner.dont wanna send me new owner phone number . Min spending Rm650
**I END UP BOOK NGONG DOG DOG 2 because they finally give me , THEY HAVE CHANGED OWNER *** MIN SPENDING RM400 ,
*PLEASE TAKE NOTE BECAUSE IM THEIR FIRST CUSTOMER WHO BOOK THEIR CAFE BEFORE THEY OPEN THEIR SHOP , SO I GET THIS SPECIAL PRICE.
***ngong dog dog 1 has 2 shoplot , that's why bigger. here's how it looks like before change owner. after change owner the shoplot owner keep back 1 shoplot , therefore NGONG DOG DOG 2 is smaller/half size/1 shoplot only .

-first told me min spending is Rm650 . Then few days later say is Rm850( I have screenshot) ok nvm. RM50 X 20 PAX =RM1000
RM50 X 15 PAX = RM750 ---i went to their cafe discuss with her . change menu and etc. at that time she didn't tell me RM850 . AFTER 1 day she msg me say is RM850 . i ask "NOT RM50 PER PAX ?
She said " can la.do for you .Because normally we supply the room is up to RM 850
i was like : ??? how many diff statement u have.
First told me min spending rm650 .ok..then u tell me RM50 per pax...buffet style Rm50 per pax is already VERY EXPENSIVE but I accept.I went to their cafe check environment and discuss buffet menu. Everything is ok. Next day they told me is RM850 FOR 15 PAX. Suppose to be Rm750 if rm50per pax. Last min increase price makes me very uncomfortable. WHEN I WAS AT CAFE they did not mention anything price difference. And up they said give me back Rm50 per pax
It's not about money. Is about reputation and trust. Before I go u also keep changing statement. Later during event u keep charge me hidden stuffs/charges ? I dont want all this problem la

My friend asked for quote. RM26 PER PAX include drinks n food.
WHEN I QUOTE.THEY CHARGE ME RM399 EXCLUDE DRINKS N FOOD.JUST VENUE RENTAL FOR 2 HOURS.additional hours +Rm100
Each guest must order 1 main course or a slice of cake.
honestly, bad impression. and they don't really reply my msg . so.. not recommended .

I visited and discuss it with them In the cafe so i can't really remember the details.
as I recall .. the food and drinks option is very limited. only 1 type of drink and noddle and rice.
please contact the cafe for the current price, as this price is quoted for 2019.

CONCLUSION , Why is all cafe so jialat and unprofessional .so sien weigh. so tiring ... so far I'm really satisfied with NGONG DOG DOG 2 , they didnt give me problem ,thanks nicole for being nice and helpful throughout the event .

THIS IS A SIMPLIFIED VER. i wanted to buy more Exp cake but most of the cake shop is fully book . so my advise is . BOOK EARLY. EVERYTHING. CAFE,CAKE AND ETC
